Northern Virginia Community College
Located near Washington, D.C., the College includes campuses in Alexandria, Annandale, Loudoun, Manassas, Springfield and Woodbridge; along with educational centers in Reston and Arlington. NOVA is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and offers more than 160 certificate programs and degrees at the associate's level, along with distance learning programs through its Extended Learning Institute and continuing education courses through Workforce Development.

Virginia Theological Seminary

Strayer University
Strayer University ’s Alexandria Campus is a short walk from the Eisenhower Avenue Metro Station, and is easily accessible from the Capital Beltway. Undergraduate and graduate programs in high-demand fields such as accounting, business, education, health services administration, information systems, and public administration are available at this campus.

Regent University

Florida Institute of Technology at Alexandria
Florida Tech offers master's degree and graduate certificate programs in the Washington, D.C. metro area. The primary site is located in Alexandria Va., with additional classroom locations at the Quantico Marine Corps Base and Fort Detrick, Md. Degrees offered include a Professional MBA; and Master Science programs in Acquisition and Contract Management, Logistics Management, and Management with a concentration in Acquisition and Contract Management, and Materiel Acquisition Management.

Virginia Commonwealth University

Our Alexandria College campus offers massage therapy and medical assistant school programs that are accredited and geared towards helping students gain access to entry-level jobs in the health field.
